The idea
Make a property feel like a place you can imagine living. Warm typography, restrained colour and generous full-screen films create a calm, personal introduction to the villa.
Built to explore
Step through the entrance, explore the living spaces and poolside, then connect the filmed views to furnished concept floor plans. Select the living room, kitchen or pool on the plan to jump to its matching view. The responsive experience includes enlarged drawings and reduced-motion support.
Design & craft
Website design, art direction and interactive development by Lee Shimony, using supplied architectural footage. A self-initiated portfolio concept: the property presentation, specifications and plans are illustrative.
